Lacspace SMS

Privacy

What we keep, and why.

The data Lacspace SMS needs to deliver messages and prove what happened to them — and nothing for advertising.

What we store

For your account: your mobile number, the name, email, organisation, role and country you give us, and your device sessions (browser, IP address, last activity).

For each SMS: recipient number, sender workspace, message type, status history, which SIM and route handled it, and the text — except one-time codes, which are not shown in logs.

For inbound SMS received on pool SIMs: the sender number, text and time.

Why

To deliver messages, prove what happened to each one, keep SIMs inside their packs, investigate failures and stop abuse. We do not sell this data or use it for advertising.

Who can see it

Members of your workspace see your workspace's data. Lacspace platform staff can see pool-wide traffic to run the gateway. Mobile operators see the messages they carry, as with any SMS.

Cookies

Only the strictly necessary session cookies (httpOnly) and a theme preference. No advertising or tracking cookies.

Your choices

You can update your profile in Settings, sign out any device, and ask us to delete your account and workspace data by writing to privacy@lacspace.com. Lacspace's general privacy policy is at lacspace.com/legal/privacy.
